Referral Program Terms and Conditions


By participating in the Procurement Sciences Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms:

  1. The reward. For each qualifying referral, the referring participant ("Referrer") will receive a Traeger Pro Series 22 Wood Pellet Grill (Bronze).
  2. What qualifies as a referral. A referral qualifies only when the referred party ("Referred Customer") signs up for a one-year Procurement Sciences subscription with a minimum annual contract value of $49,000 or more, paid in full and upfront for the year.
  3. Eligibility of the Referred Customer. The Referred Customer must be net-new to Procurement Sciences. They cannot be a current or former customer, and cannot already have previously met with our team prior to the referral.
  4. Who can participate. The Program is open to current Procurement Sciences customers only. Employees of Procurement Sciences are not eligible to participate.
  5. When the reward is issued. A reward is issued only after the Referred Customer's subscription has been signed and payment received in full. Referrals tied to deals that are canceled or refunded do not qualify.
  6. Multiple referrals. A Referrer who makes more than one qualifying referral may receive an additional Traeger grill for each one, or may instead choose a gift card or a donation to a charity of their choice, in each case for the equivalent retail value of the grill.
  7. Taxes. Rewards may be considered taxable income. Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes, and Procurement Sciences may be required to collect tax information or issue tax forms where the law requires it.
  8. Program changes. Procurement Sciences reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral and to modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. We also reserve the right to disqualify any participant for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
