Sierra Ryan serves as Head of Customer Success at Procurement Sciences, where she champions the belief that customer success isn’t a department, it’s a company-wide commitment. Sierra partners closely with customers to ensure they unlock the full value of their solution, from seamless onboarding to long-term strategic growth.
With over 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Sierra has built and scaled high-performing Customer Success teams in high-growth environments. She honed her expertise across a series of progressive leadership roles in the Washington, D.C. area, including selling reverse-auction software and workforce development software to procurement professionals across the Federal Government. She most recently served on the executive team as VP of Customer Success at Brazen, a startup in the HR Tech space, where she built and led a team of 22 across Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, Implementation, Education, and Operations. Under her leadership, the company grew from $5M to $20M in ARR, resulting in the successful exit of the company in October 2023 to Radancy. Sierra launched company-wide health scoring systems, at-risk playbooks, and automations at both Brazen and Radancy that enabled proactive churn mitigation at scale.
At Procurement Sciences, Sierra brings that same results-driven mindset— building frameworks that accelerate time-to-value, strengthening executive client relationships, and ensuring the customer voice shapes every product and business decision.
Sierra holds dual Bachelor's degrees in International Studies in Business and Communication from Virginia Tech, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
